NOTE: You will receive an email containing your “Order Number” and “Product Details.”
Step 4: At this stage, you have completed the payment for the products. We will prepare your products, weigh them, perform quality control, and calculate the shipping costs within 1-3 days. You will be notified by email, and you can also log in to our website to view these details under “My Orders” and complete the 【Shipping Payment】
NOTE: If you are unsatisfied with the QC, you can click 【Exchange Product】 or 【Refund】which will redirect you to our customer service.
Step 5: Congratulations, you have successfully completed the entire shopping process! Once you complete the “Shipping Payment,” we will ship your order the same day and send your tracking number via email. You can also view it in “My Orders” on our website.
